Wrapping Paper Design

Get creative this Christmas and design your very own wrapping paper! In this fun, 8-week course, young designers will explore illustration, pattern, colour and digital design as they create a unique Christmas wrapping-paper design from scratch.

Facilitated by Antonia Ridge. Starting with drawing and pattern-making on paper, students will develop their own Christmas-themed illustrations before learning how to bring their ideas to life using Procreate. Along the way, students will experiment with colour palettes, composition and repeating patterns while learning how illustrators and designers turn their ideas into a finished product.

Their final artwork will be professionally printed as wrapping paper, giving them the exciting opportunity to wrap Christmas gifts in their very own design.

Each student will also receive a digital copy of their finished artwork, so they can print and enjoy their wrapping paper again and again!
