Tackle a series of fun, hands-on challenges—from robot races and tower building to science experiments and more. Work together, test your skills and discover how much fun STEM can be!

Get ready for the Family STEM Showdown—an exciting, hands-on challenge event where families team up to test their science, technology, creativity and problem-solving skills.

Working together in teams, families will tackle a series of fun and fast-paced challenges, from science trivia and mystery investigations to building, testing, experimenting and solving problems. There is no need to be a science expert—just bring your curiosity, teamwork and willingness to have a go!

Designed to celebrate National Science Week, the Family STEM Showdown is a chance for children and adults to discover that science and technology are all around us. Think together, experiment together, learn together and see what your family team can create.
